For All We Hold.
Grief Support & Coaching
A place for what you carry.
Grief changes the shape of a life. You shouldn’t have to make it smaller just to make others comfortable.
For All We Hold offers intentional spaces for grief to be witnessed, expressed, and carried in community—without pressure to move on, find meaning, or leave it all behind.
Grief isn’t always about death. We grieve people. Relationships. Identities. Places. Possibilities. The lives we thought we would have.
For All We Hold creates spaces for the many things we grieve.
There should be room for this.
We grieve what mattered.
Some losses are recognized immediately. Others happen quietly.
A relationship changes. A friendship ends. A body becomes unfamiliar.
A future no longer looks the way we imagined. A place stops being home.
Someone we love dies.
Some losses come with rituals, sympathy cards, and people asking how we’re doing.
Others don’t look like grief to anyone but us.
For All We Hold was created to make room for both.
Not to fix grief.
Not to rush it.
Not to turn every loss into a lesson.
But to offer places where what you’re carrying can be acknowledged, explored, expressed, and witnessed.

The Holding Hour is a gentle place to come as you are—to reflect, connect, create, or simply listen.

There is no expectation to tell your story.
There is nothing you need to figure out before you come.
You can simply bring what is here.

Life, After — an 8 week small group experience for sudden loss
Some grief asks for more space.
Life, After — An 8-week small-group experience for life after sudden loss.
When someone dies suddenly, there can be a rupture between the life that existed before and everything that came after.
Life, After is an intimate eight-week experience created specifically for adults navigating that terrain.
Through conversation, somatic practices, expressive art, writing, music, ritual, and guided reflection, we make room for grief without asking it to become smaller—and for the person you are becoming without asking you to leave behind the person you lost.
The next Life, After circle will be announced soon.
Grief takes many forms. So will the spaces we create.
For All We Hold is growing into a community of gatherings, groups, workshops, practices, and resources created around the many ways loss enters a life.
Some will be for those grieving a death.
Others may explore changing relationships, caregiving, identity, health, transitions, belonging, unrealized futures, and the losses that are harder to name.
Different losses need different kinds of spaces.
We’re building them thoughtfully, one at a time.
